NO PORTION OF THIS CLASS CAN BE COMPLETED UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A LICENSE FROM THE NEVADA REAL ESTATE DIVISION! Upon licensing, you are required to complete 30 hours of post licensing education in your first year. Our 30 hour course is held over the course of four days and will meet the requirement for renewal of your license. Please see the schedule listed under Class Schedules for the dates and times.

Please note that credit card processing/Paypal processing fees will NOT be refunded. These fees are as follows:
- Credit/debit card: 2.9% of the transaction amount plus $0.30
- American Express: 3.7% of the transaction amount plus $0.30
- PayPal: 3.49% of the transaction amount plus $0.49
Materials may be picked up the first day of class at the school. If you choose, you may pick up materials before the class begins. Please contract (775) 829-1055 if you wish to pick up BEFORE the start date of your class.
